Brilliant Broccoli & Bacon Pasta!

Super fast and oh so tasty, this simple inexpensive pasta hits the spot with families and students alike and can be made in ten minutes..
You will need:
A wok
A pan
500g Pasta
7 slices (one pack) unsmoked Bacon
1 Broccoli
5 tbsp Olive oil
4 heaped tsp Pesto
½ tsp Garlic granules
Salt and pepper
Method:

Boil a large pan of boiling water.
Add in a teaspoon of olive oil and stir (the oil stops the pasta sticking together).
Add in the pasta.

Cut the bacon into small squares.
Heat the olive oil in the wok.
Add in the bacon and cook until the edges start to brown .

Break or cut up the broccoli into small florets.
(You can use frozen broccoli it'll just take longer to cook and you'll need to break it up as soon as it softens.)
Add the broccoli to the wok with the bacon and stir.

Cook the broccoli for 3-4 mins
Stir in three teaspoons of pesto and the garlic granules.
Season with salt and pepper.

Add a little more oil if necessary to make the sauce loose and more liquid.
Drain the pasta.

Add the pasta to the wok.
Stir in the final teaspoon of pesto, making sure the pasta is thoroughly coated.
Serve and enjoy.
